Upon motion of Regent Windharn, seconded by Regent Christopher, with all members voting aye,
it was ordered that the searches for the Deans of the Schools of Education, Fine Arts and Liberal
Arts be continued.

Upon motion of Regent Windham, seconded by Regent Austin, with all members voting aye, it
was ordered that the search for the Vice President for Administrative and Fiscal Affairs be
suspended until the naming of a permanent University President.

Upon motion of Regent Kelley, seconded by Regent Bryce, with all members voting aye, it was
ordered that the meeting be adjourned at 12:35 p.m.
