regions
along

lakes

Massasauga
Rattlesnakes
hibernate
alone
during
the
colder
months
of the
year
in
animal
burrows

roots
, or
under
logs
. They
eat
small
rodents
and
sometimes
frogs
,
toads
, or
other
snakes
.
