Most
people
see
corn
snakes
in
pet
shop
terrariums
but in the
wild
,
corn
snakes
prefer
to
live
in
grassy
fields
and
open
forests
. They
usually
eat
small
rodents
, but will also
eat
lizards
,
birds
, and
bats
. The
corn
snake
was
one
of the
first
snakes
to be
kept
in
captivity
by
humans
and
is
one
of the
most
common
reptiles
in the
pet
trade
today
.
