inhabits
permanent

bodies

water
in
arid
regions
of the
southern
United
States
and into
Mexico
where
it
breeds
explosively
whenever
rainfall
occurs
. The
Rio
Grande
Leopard
Frog
will
feed
on
insects
and any
other
creatures
it
is
capable
of
swallowing
.
