This
snake
is
most
often
seen
on the
crawl
at
night
while
hunting
earthworms
.
During
the
day
,
Lined
Snakes
hide
under
debris
. This
snake
is
sometimes
confused
for a
garter
snake
but its
head
shape
and
double
row
of
half-moon
shapes
on its
belly
make
it
easily
distinguishable
.
