The

Snake
lives
in
brackish
waters
of the
salt
marshes
along
the
Gulf
of
Mexico
. Its
diet
consists
of
fish
,
shrimp
,
crabs
, and
other
small
invertebrates
. This
snake
is
nocturnal
and
spends
most
of its
time
hiding
in
burrows
and
debris
.
