This small sterling silver souvenir spoon has a decorative design in the bowl of the spoon inscribed "Old Stone Fort Erected 1619, Nacogdoches, Tex." along with an engraved image of the stone building.
The square metal medallion contains the Masonic emblem and is engraved "V. E. Middlebrook, 2.11.04." The reverse side of the medal is engraved "Nacogdoches, Tex." A hole in the top corner allows it to hang diagonally.
