    • The square metal medallion contains the Masonic emblem and is engraved "V. E. Middlebrook, 2.11.04." The reverse side of the medal is engraved "Nacogdoches, Tex." A hole in the top corner allows it to hang diagonally.

    • Dark blue feathers are gathered with black tape to form pom poms. Two smaller pom poms extend from the center of a large ball-shaped grouping of feathers. The feathers could be used as a decorative millinery accessory.
