The front of the postcard depicts the L'Arc de Triomphe in Paris. There are cars in the picture and people walking and riding bikes. There are some trees in the picture as well. The postcard is addressed to Mrs. Jesse W. Millard.
This is a 5'' x 7'' photograph enclosed in a cardboard frame. "Rogers Photo Dallas" is on the bottom of the frame. "Mary White McCorkle. Widow of Jesse Watkins of Texas Revolutionary Fame" is written in pencil below the photo.
