Personal Information	George F. Ingraham was born in New York City in 1842 and starts traveling to Texas in 1845. He stoped with parents in Memphis, Tennessee and he was employed as a printer. In spring of 1854, Ingraham arrives in Texas and on January 13, 1862 he enlisted in the Confederate Army. After being discharged from the army after the war and marrying Martha Thompson Cooper, he taught school in 1867. In 1870 Ingraham became a licensed lawyer. He was a member of the Freemasons and became the Master of the Mason Lodge in 1878. From 1885 thur 1887 Ingraham served in the Texas House of Representatives on the Claims and Accounts Judiciary No. 2, and Revenue Taxation Committees. In 1895, Ingraham became the High Priest of the Masons. He also served in 1913 as the county judge.
Family Information	Francis Ingraham and Elcee Anne Gough Ingraham were the parents of George F. Ingraham. George F. Ingraham and his first wife, Martha Thompson Cooper Ingraham, had nine children named Francis Lafayette, George Cornelius, Eva Alam, Fritz Hoya, Elcee Rosina, Martha P., Payton S., Wilson Porter, and Jessie N.
