TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7 (House meets at noon)
Sua~enaiona -- Three bills are scheduled for consideration
under suspension of the rules (page 9), includinq H.R. 4656,
El Salvador Certification, which is identical to the legisla­tion
President Reagan vetoed in November. That legislation
makes continued u.s. aid to El Salvador contingent upon the
President certifying that the Salvadoran government has met
certain conditions, including progress towards curbing viola­tions
of human rights.
