Federal Payment to D,C. -- H.R. 5595, Inc~ease Federal Payment
to the District of Columbia, will be considered (page 1) •
D.C. Revenue Bonds -- H.R. 6276, Authorize D.C. Revenue Bonds
for Educational Loans, will be acted on (page 1) •
Suspensions -- Three bills are scheduled for consideration
under suspension of th.e rules (page 2).
Military Construction -- H.R. 6214, Military Construction
Authorization for FY 1983, is scheduled for general debate only
(page 4).
Wilderness Protection -- H.R. 6542, Wilderness Protection Act,
is scheduled for general debate only (page 7) •
Record Votes -- Record votes ordered today will be postponed
until Wednesday.
TUESDAY, AUGUST 10 (House meets at 10 a.m.)
Agriculture Reconciliation -- H.R. 6892, Food and Agriculture
Reconciliation Act, will be brought up (page 11).
Radio Marti -- The House will complete consideration of

state Department Authorization -- The conference report on
S. 1193, State Department Authorization, may be brought up

| Biographical Note | Congressman Charles Wilson began his political career in 1960 when he was elected to the Texas House of Representatives. He served in the Texas House of Representatives for six years and was then elected to the Texas Senate in 1966. On November 7, 1972, the second district of Texas elected Charles Wilson to the U.S. House of Representatives. He retired from the U.S. House of Representatives in 1996. |
