Coast Guard -- The rule and general debate only will be com­pleted
on H.R. 2559, Coast Guard Authorization for FY 1982

Foreign Aid Appropriations -- H.R. 4559, FY 1982 Foreign Aid

Coast Guard -- Complete consideration of H.R. 2559.
Emergency Petroleum Allocation -- H.R. 4700, Standby Emergency
Petroleum Allocation Authorization, is listed on the schedule.
