TUESDAY - FRIDAY , NOV. 18 - 21 (House meets at noon Tuesday and 10 a.m. all other days) Budget Resolution -- The House is scheduled to consider H. Con. Res. 448, Second FY 1981 Budget Resolution (page 31). See DSG Fact Sheet No. 96-52, November 14. Transportation -- H.R . 6417, Surface Transportation Act of 1980, is scheduled for consideration. A DSG Supplement will be available prior to Floor consideration. IDA -- H. R. 6811, International Development Association and African Development Bank, is also scheduled for House action (page 32). Juvenile Justice H.R. 6704 Juvenile Justice Amendments of 1980, may be considered (page 35). CIA Agents -- H.R. 5615, Intelligence Identities Protection Act, is expected to be considered (page 38). Legal Services -- H.R. 6386 , Legal Services Corporation Authorization, also may be considered this week (page 43). * * *

Biographical Note | Congressman Charles Wilson began his political career in 1960 when he was elected to the Texas House of Representatives. He served in the Texas House of Representatives for six years and was then elected to the Texas Senate in 1966. On November 7, 1972, the second district of Texas elected Charles Wilson to the U.S. House of Representatives. He retired from the U.S. House of Representatives in 1996. |
