WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, SEPT. 17 - 19 (House meets at 10 a.m. ) Continuing Funds -- H.J. Res.? Providing Continuing Appropriations for the Government for FY 1981, may be considered. A DSG Supplement will be available prior to Floor consideration. IMF Quota -- H.R. 7244, Increase U.S. Quota in IMF, is scheduled (page 23). Oil Pollution -- H.R. 85, Comprehensive Oil Pollution Liability and Compensation Act, is scheduled (page 26). See DSG Fact Sheet No. 96-45, September 12. Hazardous Wastes -- H.R. 7020, Hazardous Waste Containment Act, may be considered. A DSG Fact Sheet will be available prior to Floor consideration. Biographical Note | Congressman Charles Wilson began his political career in 1960 when he was elected to the Texas House of Representatives. He served in the Texas House of Representatives for six years and was then elected to the Texas Senate in 1966. On November 7, 1972, the second district of Texas elected Charles Wilson to the U.S. House of Representatives. He retired from the U.S. House of Representatives in 1996. |
