Budget Conference Report -- The conference report on H.Con.Res. 307, First Concurrent Resolution on the FY 1981 Budget, is also scheduled for House action. A DSG Fact Sheet will be available prior to Floor consideration. NRC Reorganization Plan -- H.Res. 624; Disapproving the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Reorganization Plan, is expected to be considered (page 15). Foreign Aid -- The House is scheduled to complete consideration of H.R. 6942. Collateral Estoppel -- HGR. 4046, Antitrust Collateral Estoppel Act, is scheduled for Floor consideration (page 19). Antitrust Awards -- H.R. 4048, Awards of Prejudgment Interest in Antitrust Litigation, may be considered (page 20). Banking Insurance -- H.R. 2255, Insurance Activities of Bank Holding Companies, is listed on the schedule (page 23). * * *

Biographical Note | Congressman Charles Wilson began his political career in 1960 when he was elected to the Texas House of Representatives. He served in the Texas House of Representatives for six years and was then elected to the Texas Senate in 1966. On November 7, 1972, the second district of Texas elected Charles Wilson to the U.S. House of Representatives. He retired from the U.S. House of Representatives in 1996. |
