* Air Competition -- The conference report on S. 1300, International
Air Competition, will be considered (page 1) .
* Retirement Benefits -- H.R. 5507, Relating to the Treatment
of Retirement Benefits Under Federal Employment Insurance
Law, also will be considered Monday (page 2).

TUESDAY, FEB. 5 (House meets at noon)
Suspensions -- There are two bills scheduled for consideration
under suspension of the rules (pages 5 - 6) .
Select Committee on Committees -- H.Res. 533, Extending the
Date for the Filing of the Final Report of the Select Committee
on Committees, is scheduled (page 8).
Water Resources -- The House will complete consideration of
H.R. 4788, Water Resources Development Act of 1979 (page 9 ) .
WEDNESDAY, FEB. 6 (House meets at 3 p.m.)
Agricultural Land -- H. R. 2551, Agricultural Land Protection ,
is scheduled for House action (page 15).
Titanium Sponge -- H.R. 3591, Temporary Reduction of Duty on
Titanium Sponge, also is scheduled Wednesday (page 18) .

Colorado River Basin - - H.R. 2609, Increasing Appropriations
for the Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Project, will
be considered (page 19).
Small Reclamation Projects H.R. 3275, Small Reclamation
Projects Act Amendments, also is scheduled for Floor action
(page 21).

| Biographical Note | Congressman Charles Wilson began his political career in 1960 when he was elected to the Texas House of Representatives. He served in the Texas House of Representatives for six years and was then elected to the Texas Senate in 1966. On November 7, 1972, the second district of Texas elected Charles Wilson to the U.S. House of Representatives. He retired from the U.S. House of Representatives in 1996. |
