Countercyclical Funds -- H.R. 5980, Anti-Recession Fiscal Assistance,
is scheduled for Floor action (page 13).
THURSDAY & FRIDAY, JAN. 31 & FEB. 1

Agricultural Lands -- H.R. 2551, Agricultural Land Protection, is
scheduled for House consideration (page 19).
Retirement Benefits -- H.R. 5507, Retirement Benefits Under
Federal unemployment Insurance Law, also is scheduled (page 22 ).
Titanium Duty -- H.R. 3591, Temporary Reduction in the Duty on
Titanium Sponge, may be considered (page 23).
* Aviation Noise -- The conference report on H.R. 2440, Aviation
Safety and Noise Abatement Act, is eligible for consideration
any day this week (page 25).

Congressman Charles Wilson began his political career in 1960 when he was elected to the Texas House of Representatives. He served in the Texas House of Representatives for six years and was then elected to the Texas Senate in 1966. On November 7, 1972, the second district of Texas elected Charles Wilson to the U.S. House of Representatives. He retired from the U.S. House of Representatives in 1996.
