Description	Photographs taken by Sam Hefling Kerr Jr. who served as a truck driver for the military in France during World War I. These photographs show various modes of transportation used during the war, including motorcycles, which allowed individuals to traverse unfavorable road conditions quickly. The photographs also illustrate the living conditions of France during the war. The Kerr photographs are contained in a black scrapbook with a tie binding. Due to size and condition of the scrapbook only the photographs were scanned.
