Digitization



Over the past several years the digitization process has afforded researchers increased access to and preservation of materials held in archives, repositories and museums throughout the world. Accordingly digitization has enabled the staff of East Texas Research Center an additional way to fulfill our mission to collect, preserve and provide access to East Texas’ unique cultural history.

 

Digital Archives & Collections is powered by CONTENTdm and maintained by ETRC staff; however, university departments, regional institutions and museums, and even community members have contributed their material for the world to learn from. The information and forms listed below explain our digitization process.
